Hello
I’m a product leader with 21+ years of experience in B2C, B2B, and platform products, from pre-product/market fit through hyper-growth to enterprise scaling. I’m most useful on complex infrastructure and platform problems where the work has to serve both internal teams and end customers.
I lead with strategic context, not feature mandates. I give teams clear goals and trust them to figure out the best path. Outcomes over outputs, collaboration over consensus, and calm over chaos.
I write and think publicly about AI-assisted product work. I built an open-source AI workflow for product management and run internal training on how to use AI tools effectively. More at elezea.com/ai.

How I work
The areas where I add the most value:
- Product & growth leadership: team building, coaching, strategy and planning, ethical revenue growth.
- Product management: vision, opportunity selection, execution systems (my book), and advanced AI-assisted product work.
- Team topologies & process design: partnering with engineering to match structure to culture.
- UX research & design: ethnography, testing, content strategy, and rapid prototyping.

Cloudflare (Apr 2024 – Present)
Sr. Director of Product – Data Platform and Observability Platform (Apr 2026 – Present)
Leading product for the Data Platform and Observability Platform teams at Cloudflare.
Data Platform owns Cloudflare’s customer-facing data products — Logpush, GraphQL Analytics, Audit Logs, and the pipeline behind them — running on top of one of the largest ClickHouse deployments in the world by throughput, processing hundreds of millions of events per second. It also runs Town Lake, a self-serve analytics platform that gives internal teams product intelligence and behavioral insights without reliance on third-party tooling.
Observability Platform is a new team that brings Workers Observability, Log Explorer, and Observatory together. The job is to turn Cloudflare’s view of customer traffic into something customers can use: see what’s happening in our dashboard, export it to whatever observability stack they already have, and act on it through automated recommendations.
Heavily focused on driving the team toward advanced AI-assisted product work: agentic workflows, deep tool integration, and a higher bar for what a PM can ship in a week. I am hands-on (writing code, building MCP servers, and shipping internal tooling) so I stay current on a field that’s changing weekly. I bring what I learn back to the team in the form of docs and training.
Director of Product – Data Platform and Developer Tooling (Apr 2024 – Mar 2026)
Leading product for the Data Platform and Developer Tooling (DevTools) teams at Cloudflare.
Data Platform is responsible for processing hundreds of millions of events per second. I facilitated creating the product strategy (reliability, usability, integrity, security) that drives prioritization across Logs, Analytics, Audit Logs, and the data pipeline.
DevTools owns the internal developer experience: build systems, CI/CD, source control, and AI-assisted development. The team had no product function before I joined it. I built the strategy, OKRs, and roadmap with Engineering counterparts.
AI-related work:
- Built MCP servers connecting AI agents to internal data (Wiki, GitLab, Jira, Backstage, GraphQL)
- Built a personal “AI second brain” for product management (git repo + MCP servers + automated workflows) and published the approach publicly (see elezea.com/ai/)
- Packaged the PM agent toolkit as an internal repo with built-in training so other PMs can clone and run the same workflows
- Ran training sessions, wrote a 5-part internal wiki guide, and published a blog series and open-source prompt library (see product-ai-public)
Director of Product – PagerDuty (Nov 2023 – Mar 2024)
Post-acquisition product lead for weaving Jeli’s incident-analysis workflow into the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, coordinating engineering, sales, and GTM teams.
- Post-acquisition PM lead for Jeli integration.
- Launched unified incident-review flow four months after deal close (Q1 2024).
Head of Product – Jeli.io (Aug 2023 – Nov 2023)
Owned strategy and growth for three pillars—Incident Response, Incident Analysis, Cross-incident Insights—while readying the company for acquisition.
- Defined overall product strategy and Now/Next/Later roadmap adopted company-wide.
- Onboarding revamp to increase activation and retention.
GM & Head of Product – Postmark (Apr 2016 – Aug 2023)
Joined as first PM, grew into GM leading Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Success & Ops (~20 people). Kept NPS 78 while 7× scaling ARR.
- Scaled ARR 7× to $12 M and maintained NPS 78.
- Led shift from credits to SaaS tiers, boosting LTV 32 %.
Earlier career – Product & UX leadership
Director-level roles at Jive Software, HealthSparq, Flow Interactive, kalahari.com, Yola, and eBay—covering mobile apps, health-tech, agency UX, e-commerce, SMB site building, and large-scale research. Common thread: data-driven product strategy that unlocks growth.
